We’re hiring a Marketing Experimentation Lead to be the strategic backbone of The Lab - a growth-oriented marketing expert with deep experience in digital experimentation and strong relationship leadership. This role will partner closely with funded organizations to shape rigorous experiments, provide strategic feedback, and help refine and scale what works.
The Lab is Tech For Campaigns’ new program where Democrats can finally test ideas the way commercial organizations do, replacing a long-standing resistance to experimentation with a structure that forces learning and iteration. We fund and oversee short, focused digital tests across AI, messaging, creative, targeting, email, texting and emerging platforms. These experiments produce real data and real lessons, not vibes dressed up as strategy. We provide guidance along the way to organizations by pairing them with senior commercial operators from places like Netflix and Airbnb who help guide the work. And then share the results so the ecosystem stops stops investing in stale strategies
In other words, The Lab is the R&D function Democrats have never had to learn fast enough to win the midterms.
Salary Range: $120,000-140,000
