Tech for Campaigns’ Voter Turnout Lead will oversee all aspects of our Digital Voter Turnout Program, which uses our combined experience across commercial digital marketing and politics to turnout likely Dems who are unlikely to vote. The program has proven to have an immense impact: 11 - 15% lift in voting and much more likely to reach younger and non-white voters. This is a unique opportunity to use your marketing and management skills to sell voting and change electoral outcomes. This year our focus will be on turning out voters for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court race, where 3 Democratic justices are up for retention, and the Virginia Governor’s race, where we have an opportunity to flip the seat.
This is a full-time role to start in August and go through November 2025. Anticipated salary $165k (annual).
