Request for Volunteers: Zack Wittkamp VA 94 Election - Social Media Strategy
Zack Wittkamp is running for state delegate in Virginia’s 94th district - a district that has a Republican incumbent since 2011 but has been identified as one of Virginia’s “swing” by the pundits. Zack is a small business entrepreneur and believe that many of the tools used to start and grow a business can be applied to making government work for constituents. He’s running a campaign focused on strengthening local education, small business and economic growth.
Because Zack Wittkamp is a first time candidate, he is just starting to develop a social media presence. The campaign needs our help and expertise with creating a strong social media and content marketing strategy. They want to develop a strategy that is consistent with the issues his target voter groups care about and that is rooted in analytics. Their goal is two pronged; 1. research and analyze demographics and polling data that will inform a content strategy and calendar to help grow social media presence and followers 2. Develop an initial experiment plan to determine cost per paid follower on Facebook and Twitter. Provide proposals at different budget levels for accelerating follower growth. There will be a small budget to test this.
